Contact us
Something went wrong with a set, a question about what this costs, a photograph that should not be here — all of it comes to the same place, and a person reads it.
Do not send card numbers. We never ask for them, we have no use for them, and anybody who does ask is not us.
The form above is the way through.
By email instead
If you would rather write from your own mail programme — because you want to attach a file, or keep a copy in your own sent folder — the address is info@podiumshot.com. It reaches the same person the form does.
There is no telephone line and no chat window. We are a small operation, and an email is read by somebody who can actually change the thing you are writing about — usually worth more than a fast reply from somebody who cannot.
When we answer
Within two working days. For a request about your data, within a month at the very outside — that outside limit is the law's, not our habit.
About your data
A copy of what we hold, a correction, or deletion: same form, same address. See the privacy policy for what there is and what you may ask for. We do not ask why.
Reporting something
Photographs that are not the sender's, or anything else against the content policy — same route. That page says what to include so we can act on it.
