Terms of Service
These terms are the agreement between you and BASILDON LIMITED for the use of this site.
Who you are dealing with
BASILDON LIMITED
2 Navarre Street, London, England, E2 7JH

Writing to that address reaches somebody who can change the thing you are writing about. There is no telephone line.
Who may use this
Anybody old enough to enter a contract where they live, which nearly everywhere means eighteen. We do not build this for children and we do not want accounts belonging to them.
You may use it as a business or as a private individual. Where these terms give somebody rights only because they are a consumer — somebody buying outside a trade or profession — that is said in the paragraph itself.
Your account
One account, one person. The password is yours to keep: we store only a hash of it and cannot read it, which also means we cannot recover it for you — we can only let you set a new one.
What happens under your account is treated as done by you. If you think somebody else is in it, change the password and write to us.
What we do
You upload one photograph of a product. We cut the product out of it, build a background behind it, and give you back a set of 4 files at 2000 × 2000, 1080 × 1080, 1080 × 1920, 1200 × 628 pixels. That set is what one product costs: 10 tokens, whichever package you are on.
What you are buying
Tokens. They do not expire, they are tied to your account rather than transferable, and they are not exchanged back into money. Prices are shown on the pricing page and are in euros.
A new account is given 10 tokens — 1 product — once, free, at the moment it is created. It is a sample, not an entitlement, and it does not come back.
Paying
At the time of writing this service takes no money. Nothing on the site charges a card, and there is nothing to invoice. The paragraphs below describe how it will work and appear here now so that nobody is surprised by them later.
Payment is taken by a payment provider, not by us: the card number is typed on their page and never reaches this server. Tokens are added to your account when that provider confirms the payment, which is usually immediate and occasionally takes a few minutes.
Prices include any tax due unless the page you are buying from says otherwise. Where we are required to charge value added tax, it is charged at the rate of the country you tell us you are in, which is why we ask. A receipt for every purchase is available in your account and by email.
Changing your mind
If you are a consumer in the European Union or the European Economic Area, the law gives you fourteen days to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason. That right applies here, with one exception the same law provides for, described next.
Tokens are usable the moment they arrive. If you ask us to make them usable straight away — and at checkout you are asked exactly that, in a tick box that is not ticked for you — then once you have spent any of them the withdrawal right is gone for the tokens you spent, because the service they bought has been performed.
Tokens you have not spent are refunded in full within those fourteen days, to the card or account you paid from, whether or not you gave a reason. Write to us. We do not require a form and we do not ask why.
Outside that fourteen-day window, unused tokens are not exchanged back into money. If that worries you, buy the smallest package (€10) or type a smaller amount — anything from €5 works.
What you promise us
That the photograph is yours to use. We do not check, and we cannot: a picture of somebody else's product looks exactly like a picture of yours. If a photograph you send turns out not to be yours, that is between you and whoever owns it.
The content policy lists what may not be sent. Sending it anyway is grounds for us closing the account.
That you will not attack the service — no scripted flooding, no attempt to reach another account's sets, no trying to break the limits below rather than asking us to raise them.
What we promise you
That the product in your photograph is not altered. The machine cuts it out and changes what is around it — background, light, shadow. The product itself is the pixels you sent, and we test that it stays so.
That work you paid for and did not receive is refunded in tokens, automatically, without asking. See the refund policy.
What we do not promise
That every photograph works. Glass, mirrored metal, fur and mesh are hard to cut out cleanly and we have not proved they come out well. That the service is always available. That a result is fit for any particular marketplace's rules — those are the marketplace's to state and yours to meet.
Who owns what
Your photograph stays yours. You give us permission to use it only for making your set: to store it for the days named below, to send it to the service that does the cutting, and to build the files you asked for. That permission ends when the photograph is deleted. We do not use it as an example, publish it, or train anything on it.
The files that come back are yours. Use them anywhere, sell what they show, no credit needed. We claim nothing over them.
The site itself — its text, its code, its name — is ours, and using the service does not give you any right to it.
Limits
Uploads are capped at 30 MB and at 12000 pixels on the long side, and must be at least 640 pixels on the short side. An account may start 3 products an hour, more once a package has been bought — up to 150.
Finished sets are kept for 7 days and then deleted. Download them.
Stopping
You may stop using the service at any time and ask us to close your account; it goes, along with the balance. Unused tokens are not exchanged back into money except within the fourteen days described above.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks the content policy, that is being used to attack the service, or where we are required to by law. We will say why, in writing, unless saying so would itself break the law. If you think we got it wrong, reply and a person will look at it again.
If we close your account for a reason that turns out to be our mistake, unspent tokens are refunded in money.
If something goes wrong
We are responsible for the service being what this page says it is. Where the law where you live gives you rights as a consumer that cannot be signed away, nothing here signs them away, and nothing here limits our responsibility for death, personal injury, or anything we do dishonestly.
Beyond that: we are not liable for lost sales, lost profit, or a marketplace rejecting a listing, and our liability for anything else is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the problem. This is a small operation and that limit is the honest size of it.
Complaints
Write to us. We answer every complaint ourselves, and that is the fastest route by a wide margin.
If we cannot settle it and you are a consumer, you may be able to take it to an alternative dispute resolution body or a consumer authority in the country where you live. Nothing in these terms stops you going to court instead.
Governing law
These terms and any contract made under them are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
You and we both agree that the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your own country, and nothing here removes a right you have under the law where you live.
Odds and ends
If a paragraph here turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still stands. Not enforcing something once does not mean giving it up. We may transfer this agreement if the business changes hands, and will say so beforehand.
Changes
When these terms change we will say so on this page and date the change. Tokens already bought keep the terms they were bought under. If a change materially affects you, we will tell account holders by email before it takes effect.
